Thread: Dropping Scout But Keep CH

Hello, Um i was wondering if i can drop the Scout 4-0-4-0 but keep my CH im at 3-2-1-4 CH and i need the skill points for other stuff, but idk if once i get these qualifications if i still need them, i dont wanan risk losing all of my ch so i need a for sure answer if i can drop these without losing any skill that i need a row to qualify them
