Thread: Taming Mounts Noobie Questoin -- STILL NEED HELP

I have a Cu Pa / Bantha / Dewback they are all BE I spoke to a CH in group that told me they will never get large enough to mount that I have to go tame level 10s
Is this True? If this is true.. Then what planet BESIDES tatooine can Cu Pa / Bantha / Dewback be found Bria is bugged on Tatooine and all creatures on that planet are level 15

You are out of luck without CH around to level those pets they will never be mountable ,you are stuck with the free mounts they give you like flea and the varactyle

I am a Master CH / BE I made them as BE and am grinding them as CH but another CH told me that they will never get large enough to mount is that true?
If So where can i tame them other then tatooine

What levels are they?
I was able to train a wild level 4 lesser dewback to be a mount.
Wild Level 10 dwarf banthas and Level 10 cu pas are able to be turned into mounts.

Yes I understand that i am not asking about ones in the wild I am asking if BE ones can be made into mounts the CU PA Bantha n Dewback BE crafted ones can they be made into mounts

And I'm asking what level your BE pets are.
BE pets behave no differently than wild ones when it comes to whether they're able to be made a mount or not. The only reason you couldn't make one a mount is if it were such a low level that it would never grow big enough to allow the mount option.
And that depends on the "skin" type. As I said before, level 4 wild lesser dewback is big enough, for example.

My pets are level 8 and 9 BE bantha and dewback and Cu Pa they are very tiny i have been fighting with them their level is still 8 thier training points are 56 but they have not gone up in size at all.. So I asked a CH about it and he told me BE pets can not be made to grow to mountalble size... he told me i had to go find level 10s in the wild and tame them and fight them till they are big

Hmm.
I leveled and trained 2 BE CL 10 dewbacks to mounts last night, no problems.
Oh, if you haven't ever stored them in the time you've been leveling them, they won't grow. Make sure you store and re-call them for them to grow.

Found lvl 10 cupa babies on tatooine yesterday on bria. Was just driving around drownin my sarrows away, i think it was like 1k east of wayfar but i know they are there i saw a treasure trove of em.

BE pets' max size is dependent upon their CL. The only BE pets that can be raised to mountable size (since the CU) are the dewback and falumpaset. The others need to be tamed as wild pets.
