Its because they use to be lvl 23 with 60 kenetic, and most people with a small amount of ch skills could use them. They were one of the best pets you could have, aside from pets with armor of course. I had three of them that i could call at once (lvl 23x3= 69) they are still one of my favorite but now i wouldnt waste my data pad with their space.

Yup, they were awesome pets in their day, back when I first became a CH. My favorite GSP, Butch, was tamed my first night as a CH and is my favorite companion to this day. Before he was full grown, he was tanking fambaas on Naboo for me and doing great work!
They look cool, they have that awesome roar of theirs, and I love them to pieces, even though they've been nerfed ruthlessly by the CH-hating devs.

If you dont go for BE pets, they're nice level 25 pets to use, had mine till I had a delerious merek avenger at level 30

I just got my hands on two very cute twin Greater Sludge Panthers. 
One's called Sookie and the other is called Battle-Cat.
Really no point to this thread but I just wanted to say. Heehee.
I've had a quite a few offers to buy them off me. Why are peeps so interested in GSP's? Could someone from the Chimerea server mail me or just someone reply here. Thanks

not sure why people desperately want em, they're not THAT special or great, but they're definately cool. There doesn't really need to be a point to every thread in this forum anyway, sometimes you just have to announce something for yourself

I use my GSP and my Crimson Razor Cat together.
Mostly for shows in town now since the nerf, but they are awesome looking together.

That's funny, I also just tamed two GSP babies last night, my first ones. Haven't named them yet though. I do look forward to when I have enough levels to call both at once.

yup was a sad day when they changed the level on GSP's, was the best pet i could ever hope on using when i was MBH, then they changed it so i could use a kaadu to tank....WHOOPIDY-DO
