did a search and got a whole lot of "dropping pets in houses" crud.

i have no idea if this is just me but my BE'd razor cats cl68 and also cl70 upon examining them during and following combat would sometimes have thierSPs and also Effectivenesses dropped to lower numbers. this isn't some graphical bug cause they do indeed take more damage in this state.

the three times i have noticed this was out looting elders. the first two times was back before they got this new welcome fix about specials and force powers. on these first two occassions the drop wasn't all that much.

this last time {tonight} was after the fix to NSs and the drop in stats was outragous. over half on all SPs and Effects.

now since this didn't happen to the extreme but still did in fact happen when they didn't use the force i am assuming that NSs aren't the cause. also once the pet is stored and called stats are as they should be.

one final thing is that my kitties have stats that have decimals in them. example, my cl70 has an SP to kinetic value of 58.0 and my cl68 has the same stat SP at 52.0. .....weird?

seeing as both these pets took me many weeks of careful sampling of some very hard DNA to get i am hoping that this is some known issue that is being actually worked on <laughs>.

and for the .0 in the stats that's just upon examining the pet is not listed that way in the datapad.

I see this post about once a week now.

Its a known fact, if your pets HAM gets low enough their resists and other stats start to degrade. Same thing happens to the monsters and NPCs you fight. I'm not sure the exact percentages etc...

Lesson is, keep your pets from getting their hams down that low. Its a good way to lose vitality stat loss or no.

only one NPC i know of, a NS elder.

also this doesn't happen to any other pets, nor do i allow my pets to ever drop to below half hams on any bar.

even when they are fully healed, bf and all the stats remain lowered.

i would do a CSR ticket but that will be just a waste of time. i have no idea why i couldn't find any posts along these same lines but if it is a known issue i'll just have to wait till they fix it. <not holding breath>.
