Thread: Here's A NEW Idea for CH, has anyone thought of Breeding? (Poll, all MCHs chime in!)
Basic answer is yes, but the creatures would have to be tamable.
What theoretically WOULD work:
Yes, breeding two TAMABLE rancors would work.
Breeding aCrimson Razorcat with a GSP would work.
Breeding a fynock and a jungle fynock would work.
What would NOT work:
Breeding aMawgax with a Purgoriss would not work.
Just to answer the original question ----- b.
I don't like the idea. Why make pets if they can't be the best. How could we compete with BE's?
We couldn't and SHOULDN'T be able to steal away the abilities of the entire BE profession. There has got to be another way to improve our class.
Down with breeding! Down with breeding!.....

loonatik,
Your vote and opinion is appreciate, but I never said anything about watching pets do anything 'intimate'. That would obviously be a step in the breeding process that would have to be left out in the breeding process. The creatures you wouldn't actually be able to 'see' breed, perhaps you can store them in the stable in a locked compartment. And if you're watching them, they don't breed. Simple as that. Seeing them actually breed would NOT be something I would ever advocate being part of being able to mate creatures in the game. That wouldn't be appropriate.
I don't know....I'm getting either really good or really bad responses on this thread. Maybe it's a power that should be given to the BEs.
