Picked up my first crate of Pet Stims, I noticed the vendor also had Pet Vitality packs. What do these do, exactly?

They fix your pet's vitality.
Your pet will lose vitality (viewable in your datapad) as it gets incapacitated (not everytime). As it loses more and more vitality, your pets stats will begin to be affected.
A vitality pack will fix *some* of the loss. It's generally better to wait a bit before using a vitality pack as using it lowers the maximum vitality for your pet in the process of fixing it.
I'm not explaining this perfectly I'm sure, but that's what it is in general.
