Dathomir is my new CH playground. I've been stalled out on CH for about a month just getting a little xps here and there taming pets and some combat. Basically I was frustrated at how slow CH xps was coming along. Finally I decided to try out Dath like I have heard others talk about before. Now, I'm a 0-0-0-4 BH for my combat skills, and Rancors are at least 60% resistant to electricity, so Rancor hunts are out. But I found out that Rhoa Kwi and Gaping Spiders can give some darn good CH xps. I managed to go from 3-3-3-3 to 4-4-3-3 in a weekend of casual combat. I never picked up a mission, just used wild spawns, and attacked with my trusty Cowardly Gurreck. I even managed to get myself a baby Rhoa Kwi Guardian in my travels.

Now, I can tell you truthfully that I will be back on Dath every chance I get until I hit MCH. Maybe then I'll go after some of the rare babies for my non-combat collection of show pets. As soon as my friend gets the Tracking line in Ranger he's going to help me on my next quest, finding the rare Great Plains Stalker.

I was looking for somewhere to go for good CH xp. (The geo caves are good, but I don't like spending 15-30k just to get some CH xp)

I'm going to try Dath out, should go well with my BE'd gurreck

(Just tell me if you want the stats )

Dathomir and Endor are both a CH playground, both in terms of xp and for taming high-end pets. I know I got all of my level 2 boxes and the first two level 3 skill boxes just on those two planets. I just about killed my CG doing it though. I think I may need a new one before I try that again.

I've been doing a little Rhoa Kwi and Gaping Spider hunting myself lately, trying to earn XP for the Aurilian quests. I can't stand being cooped up in a single spot... at least the nice spawn rates from all the village traffic let me keep moving around. Plus it's a chance to stage Rhoa Kwi vs. Rhoa Kwi battles royale.

...this is where yours truly got lucky and stumbled on a Gaping Spider Queen baby. (Auntie) is my first rare, nice tank with 65% kinetic resist

I used my Boar Wolf (CL25, 50% kinetic resist, 9000HAM) on dath. Got 1300xp per Enraged Rancor. It pays if you have mastered a combat profession. I joined a solo group - each mission gave me 15K xp and 38-39K in cash. Made almost 3 mill leveling CH.

Even though Boar Wolfs are bloody ugly, there rule as far as a good pet for leveling goes. Mine took a decent beating from 4 enraged rancors at a time and still lived through countless lairs. Strongly recommend this pet to levelling CH's
