Thread: Can you get in trouble for using a level 1 pet?

im just curiouse.... 
If I was to use a pet like this I wouldnt find it cheating because A. its in the gameand has been for a long time and
B. As a ch in pvp I need all the help I can get

If your level 1 pet is like my level 1 dewback, you will not get in trouble. The reason is because my dewback says level 1(0) in the datapad, but when he is out and about, he shows his proper CL of 18. So if yours is like mine, it is just a datapad bug now.

No it is not the devs seem perfectly confortable with 10k level 21 pets. I wish I knew what the devs were going for with all this wacky health and levels, but at this point I do not care use it. It was a CH game breaker forever so why not use it now.

Not sure if this is the case with all....but I have a level 1(0) blurg...when I pull him out he was converted to a level 50.
But the interesting thing is that in the datapad it says level 1(0)...out in the open it says CL 50....this is after I already have my CL 69 pet out...thus giving me over 110 worth of CL out at a time.
I would say something is a bit buggy...or else it is still counting as a CL 1(0) even though it says otherwise.

pets that are level 0(1) are left over from the great creature nerf of 2004. it was supposed to be the beginning of the CU, which then got put on hold to do the jedi revamp, and everything in between. there was a bug that happened for a few days where every pet a BE made came out at this level. the devs could have taken these out of the game a long time ago if they wanted to. i see them leaving them in as a gift to hardcore ch's for everything else they have lost. if your lucky enough to still have one of these rare creatures you are indeed lucky, as after all this time most have been used up and destroyed.
