Greetings,
Well much to my not surprise, my open letter and invitation for Sony and the Dev team to come clean was erased. Apparently even suggesting that the Devs and Sony are not God reincarnated in human form is a no no.
So being the courageous cowards that we know them to be they simply scrubbed out the post. Unfortunately for them, what they don't realize is that the letter is making it's way across the miles to their bosses via snail mail.
Sadly the Developers and Sony have only proved what we suspected all along: spineless brainless people run the online gaming section of Sony.I am sure LucasArts are going to be well entertained by the letter and the subsequent follow up letter that will be mailed tomorrow suggesting that they pull their support for SWG.
Why would I do such a despicable thing?
Simple, when I buy a product and it is broken I take it back to the one who sold it to me. I ask them politely to fix all the things that they have broken on it. When I am ignored or given a lot of BS I get a little more persistent. When the lackeys get ignorant I smile and give them one last chance to respond to my request. If that request is ignored or I am treated disrespectfully I simply bypass the lackeys (Development team etc.) and speak my piece to someone further up the chain of command. This is now the procedure that I have decided to follow in an attempt to bring the resources necessary to fix a product that is not only broken but continues to be broken by the very people who are responsible for fixing it. This in the business world is called incompetence and incompetent people generally find themselves looking for a new job.
So after months of being polite, then aggresive, the flaming, then back to constructive, I have decided that it is now time to bring the sorry state of affairs over the heads of this group of lackeys and incompetents to someone who has the power to either fire them or bring them back in line with what good customer service is all about. You see you can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time but you can not fool all of the people all of the time. TH, JustG etc. we are at war, not with the Empire in Star Wars but with an Empire of incompetents who are about as rude and uncaring as the storm troopers in the movie.
Finally my friends if all else fails, I wonder how Sony would feel if we all Unsubscribed, I mean a massive unsubscription to SWG for the next two months. No more CH's , empty servers, empty pockets.
I know this post will be eliminated as well, but while it is on the board spread the news, the revolution is about to begin. We the paying customers of SWG demand satisfication, we demand a team of developers whose egos are smaller than their talent. For it is obvious that this band of incompetents have an ego that is three sizes to big for their heads and their talent. We demand an apology for all the lies, for the nerfing and breaking of CH alone while other professions are being tweaked and helped. We demand that as paying customers that you start treating us with the respect that is due the customer rather than like some side of meat hanging in the locker room. We demand that there be a written apology on this board by the development team stating that they are not able to fix the game and we demand that the space expansion be put off until such time as this game is actually a playable MMORPG.
I am calling on all players to boycott SWG and SONY and to unsubscribe from SWG for the months of July and August if there is not a reply to this letter. If this letter is deleted I will post again and again and again until you either close my account or fix the problems that you SONY and YOU the Development team have created in this game. I hold you responsible for all the players that have left the game because of game breaking bugs or because of the HOLO grinding that has driven many players off the game.
The gauntlet is on the ground Devs, Sony, either put up or shut up but it is time for you to do the right thing and answer us.
My apology, I actually found the post, it has yet to be deleted but am still waiting for the knife to fall.

Look at it this way, someone employed by SOE came to the CH forums today.
