Hello,
I've always wanted to do CH, so I respeced as one in CU.
I picked up some pets. One a friend loned me is level 50, Im a master CH.
I called the pet and trained it
When I call it its level jumps from 50 to 1 -- This kills it in combat very easily.
I fought a level 7 huf dun just to get my feet wet and it got incaped. (50 vs. 7 )
I tried some of my other creatures and the same thing happend. Data pad shows correct level but when I call it it pops to level 1.
I bugged this in game, but this needs help.
I would appreciate any inputs.

when you tame a creature you are taming a baby, it says its lvl one because it has yet to grow to adulthood. It is not a bug it is how CH works, you tame a baby, and over the course of a few days it matures.
Even if it isa BE pet, once you call it, it goes through the baby stage first.

Yup there are BE pets.
Getting a real sinking feeling here.
Will do some more testing.

I also was (and still sometimes am) experiencing this bug. All my pets (pre CU natural pets, no BE'd ones, those oddly enough were the only ones NOT effected by the bug) when called would show CL1 or CL -1 but showed the correct stats in the datapad. I /bugged it the first time I experienced it and came here and posted about it.I then went back in game and traveled to another planet and called one of my pets which to my surprise now had the correct stats. The next day I logged in and had that bug again, so on a whim I went to another planet and sure enough, that corrected the issue. Everytime I have seen this bug, doing anything to cause me to zone and load a new area has corrected it.

Thanks for the info,
I tested some more and it looks like as soon as I leave city limits it pops to level 1
I also now cant see the special attack training in the radial menu.
Bugged in game.
Anyone else exp this.

Thanks for the input.
I actually understand that and have that with 2 new pets.
They are babys and show that in the Data Pad - 5 (58) , so it shows that its a baby and level 5 and will mature to 58.
But when I call this pet it shows level 5 then pops to 1.
I dabbled in CH a longtime ago and remeber it takes time to grow to adulthood, but it always corelated to datapad.
Not to sure whats going on here.
Even the level 50 pet. Shows 50 in datapad, then when I pull it , it shows 50 then pops to 1.
Anyone else have this issue.

It sounds like you're working with a BE pet, and Yoda only knows what is up with them.
