I have also found a couple of lairs SE of Moena ... if you find a lair, I think the chances of there being a baby out or a baby spawning when you tap the lair are pretty good ... the things are really not that rare. I have also left a lair, without completly destroying it, after no more creatures spawn and come back later to find the lair still there with full health and a new spawn. Also, if you get one baby from a lair keep tapping because you could get another baby. Getting two from a single lair is not that uncommon.

I have gotten 3 female babies from one lair in the area SE of Moenia. I seem to have better luck there than the area near Keren.
