NO NO.. Only activated specials show up in the training list of the creature.
Things that do not need activating e.g. Marring Storm, do not show on that training list. Check your datapad everytime you tame if there is an ability there.
Triggered attack can be taught like normal commands and other skills will workif pets have one as an innate, so always check datapad after tame.
If you have already learnt skill it just means that you can teach it to any pet from then on even if they have no innates.
So, basically, I tame the legendary hephalump nerf herder godspank, that has a chance of knowing the planatary mushroom field making ability. I would open the data pad and it should say "Planatary musrhoom field" in the data pad. if it don't, then it don't have an ability, correct?
(pressure building.....head....about....to....explode! Should have went CM. lol j/k)
