Anakin: Master, I think my lightsaber is getting dull. Its not doing nearly as much damage as it used to.
Obi-Wan: O.k. when we're done showing the youglings around the temple, we'll stop by the bazaar and you can buy a new crystal. I hope you've got a couple million credits saved up for this.
Anakin: WHAT?!!?? I don't have THAT kind of cash!
Obi-Wan: Well you could try sharpening it on these younglings. I've got a headache and all their questions are driving me NUTS!
Anakin: hmmm.... Sharpen my lightsaber on younglings...... hmmmmmm.....
Obi-Wan: uh, that was a joke Anakin. I'll spot you the cash for a new crystal THIS time, but next time you're on your own.

I rarely see anybody riding a Lowland Brackaset. I've seen about 2 CL10 (tamable) Brackasets, but I've never incountered them in the wild.

A BE Falumpaset is the only way a Non-CH may own one. Their a reasonable size for a CL10 BE and would make great Kashykk mounts. Have a full grown CL69 in my datapad that can easilly walk/run in the rivers through Kashykk and I am currently raising a CL70 designed to be weak in damage dealing, but have excelent vitality.

Thats incorrect.
Besides the half-dozen or so wild pets available for Non-CH mounts, The Dewback and Falumpaset are the 2 BE options.

A guild member handed me a BE produced CL10 dewback to level up. So far the Dewback has earned a little over 100 points to spend on training however he's barely taller than my bothan. Is that truly large enough to make a mount out of? If it is it is truly disappointing to look at. Or is my understanding of what 'leveling' a pet means completely off-base?

I am guessing your doing this for Evyy. Have you tried to store and recall it. If you have it at 100 points then it should be full grown. I really hope that they grow larger than the lesser dewbacks, as most say they do, however I am starting to doubt it from all the things I have heard.

Oh and I found a CL10 brakaset (or however you spell it) I believe it was a rogue and I am leveling it, I have a motley kaadu, a lesser bol and a kupa ready to go with slots empty and ready for peoples selections. Too bad I may have to destroy these mounts soon if I can't sell them off, cause you know that as soon as you don't have it in your datapad someone wants it.

Yep, I'm growing it for Evyy and unfortunately it doesn't seem to grow to be very big.

Unfortunately the BE CL10 dewbacks don't get very big but currently do take a saddle. However, the saddle appears to be almost as big as the dewback.

I now have two fully trained lesser plains bols, and they're not very large at all And I am unable to mount them--they only reached full maturity today (and one is loaded up with 5 specials, the other with 4, so they will make excellent nonCH mounts). Hopefully they'll finish cooking offline in the datapad--if not, well, it would be quite a shame.

Think I have goofed on this one...

Got 3 Brackersets 2 CL8 and 1 CL10 (Rogue) , all tamed in the wild.

Have levelled up one of the CL8's to 112 training points (12 XP rollovers) and its still not mountable. Does the CL have to be 10 or is it only certain types of Brackerasets thats mountable. (the link above doesnt work for some reason)

are u sure u have brackasets?
brackasets live on dathomir - there are 4 kind: female (CL63), male (CL65), surefoot (CL64) and lowland (CL10).

perhaps u have bagerasets - they live on corellia (the normal and rogue kind) and are not mountable.
