Thread: Cant rename pets?

So i named 3 grand wrixs no prob, but im not happy with the names and went to rename them and i cant!!
am i doing something wrong or has anyone else had this problem?

I was having a problem the other day naming a pet. I stored him and pulled him back out, and eventually changed the name to something else. I was trying to call him goober, but it just would not stick. I ended up calling him something else, which took.

at least i know someone has done it most propably didnt like th ename

I have been having similar problems from time to time, but its always when trying to use long names. For example SuperNunaOne wouldn't 'stick' first time. My way round it was to name it Bob and then it renamed to SuperNunaOne without issue. Don't know why.

Some names or even part of names wont be accepted by the pet nameing system (mainly the same that wont work on character naming). i noticed for example that using "master" or "queen" in a pet name is not accepted.
