I've tamed 2 queens in the last couple of days - and many many shear mite soldiers. So keep looking. See my sig for a list that i keep updated for all the innates...

Here's what I did. I went toward the village and tabbed (hitting the radar sometimes makes my waypts show names instead of the animals and I find this annoying.) And bam,shear mite soldier nest.... about 1.5k from science op. I picked a random direction and headed 500 away tabbing all the way. boom, found a gaping spider queen nest.... about 700 m from the soldier. Then I went to the left (would like to try to go in a triangle) Found another queen nest. I flew between these 3 waypts until a baby popped. Tamed that baby, did not have thick skin 3 so was like oki, next! However before I left I killed the other 2 spawns and respawned the lair (I have found if you don't leave 3 out the nest disappears at least when you take the soldier baby, the same happens with the queen baby so make sure you respawn the lair if you want it to be ther when you get a baby that doesn't have what you want.)

Thanks for the info people. I have just 6 abilities left to learn but want Thick Skin L3 the most ( I want totrain a "tank" and think that ability is necessary)! I will just keep plugging on!

Has anyone found Thick Skin L3 ona critterother thanthe Gaping Spider Queen and Shear Mite Soldier babies? In 2+ years of playing I have never seen a Gaping Spider Queen baby and the very few Shear Mite Soldier babies I have run across have not had an ability ... I've been searching for a week or so and am getting reallyfrustrated
