When you "examine" a creature, I know "special protection" means the percentage of that specific type of damage that the creature can effectively block, but what does "effectiveness" mean?

I think its related to hexidecimal colors. Probably referring to the swgentertainer.tkfashions.com website.

I appologize in advance, the only color related thing I saw in the FAQ was the colorblind tailor. In some of the outfit guides I've seen things like "Cargo Vest (black C32" or "Ribbed Shirt (light green/yellow A99/A235) What are these numbers? At first I thought it might be rows and columns but up into the hundreds is just too much... *scratches head*
