Ive had this problem on lok lately. I think it is happening on planets that have a ton of traffic on them. Almost like the planet has reached its limit on spawn activity and things start despawning and respawning at will.

well it seems to me that its harder to find lvl 1 skills then it is for lvl 2 and 3 skills.

Wait till you get to my level all of L1,L2 and 13 in L3 trust me the L3s are actually alot tougher to get or find add the tame time in and the aggressiveness and you can go a day with nothing to show for it.

I've taken a couple days off of taming. Today I got back to it and started looking for a couple of the abilities that I still need.

I've been doing what I always do. If there's no baby, I'll drive out 150+ meters away, wait for 30 seconds and come back for the respawn.

Except today has been different. It seems like every lair that I try this with disappears and doesn't come back.

Am I just having bad luck with the server or is anyone else getting these same results???

Anakin: Master, I think my lightsaber is getting dull. Its not doing nearly as much damage as it used to.
Obi-Wan: O.k. when we're done showing the youglings around the temple, we'll stop by the bazaar and you can buy a new crystal. I hope you've got a couple million credits saved up for this.
Anakin: WHAT?!!?? I don't have THAT kind of cash!
Obi-Wan: Well you could try sharpening it on these younglings. I've got a headache and all their questions are driving me NUTS!
Anakin: hmmm.... Sharpen my lightsaber on younglings...... hmmmmmm.....
Obi-Wan: uh, that was a joke Anakin. I'll spot you the cash for a new crystal THIS time, but next time you're on your own.

I am four away from all abilities and L1 seems to take more tames to find them, L3 more attempts to tame but higher freq. of abilities on each tame. L2 takes the longest to roll in the sense that you can roll 3 L1 pets do to the Combined CL and L3 is so hearty at killing that it just seems to go faster. So they all have there up and downsides which makes it so interesting and NOT just a repetitive grind.

geez maybe i was just really lucky yesturday then. I was out looking for my reptilien flier with aggression 3. I tamed 3 fliers and got aggression on the 3rd shoot. It did take about 4 tames to get him tho. the other 2 fliers also has skills, give then a a fellow guildy that is also a MCH.

Ya, I must have good luck, too ... I have more L3 abilities than any other, with L2s closely following. For some reason those come easier for me. Now I'm gonna have to go and find the corresponding L1s. Random luck

WELL I have gone thru at least 30 tames now and not found any abilities. Got lots of CH XP that as a master I don't need though. Not even finding duplicates of things I already know.

30 tames is about 2 days for me with the current spawn problems and I do have other things to do.

Just for fun I went to Talus with some guild members and we hunted for XP for them and sure enough I found a new ability (combat agility on a giant dalryke) it just 3 tames. I think there is more than random luck happening here. At least on Kettemoor there are wild tames

P.S. I just tell the group to go ahead on the missions that I will catchup and they are fine with that.
