Quote from the launchpad this morning: Misc: Examining a creature will now report the combat difficulty of the creature (as in the /con command).
If this does show the CL of all creatures, then its another tiny step in the right direction. It seems like the devs are slowly fixing CH, even if its not as fast as we'd like them to.

It would be usefull,I personally dont know has im still at work and cant play yet, but at Master Scout you can see the CL of anything, so its not like the ability dosent already exist.

I realize that, but it was made for those that don't have master scout.

I checked it on a few creatures and its lilke the /con function, not show the CL of the creature. Useful, but we'd rather have the CL show as well.

i would vote for less than useless since you can look at the small dot next to the creatures name to see its relative "con"

I agree, it seems a bit redundant. Why did they put effort into this? I do like the new baz feature tho.

As a TKM working on CH that dot next to the creature means nothing to me. Red dots just mean I have to check what the resists are to see if I can damage it otherwise a red dot just takes longer. I can see how a white dot would help me decide whether I could tame something or not though.

Tested and Does just what it says, not the CL of the animal, so a pretty much useless addition.
