With that in mind Jon has many times attacked our Correspondent. And purposefully uses VPO and a substitute for POKEMON nickname towards CH. This is something we do not tolerate of the Red Names and will not tolerate of him.

He comes here only to incite CH. Not in the manner in which he hopes but he alienates himself from us and ruins the positive work many are trying to do for our profession. It is broken enough without him applying more negative energy to these forums. Many of us find it one thing to attack Red Names. That is there job to take some abuse. It is another to hate the CH's that have fun and bring this derogatory term into these forums with the sole purpose of infuriating the few CH's wishing to remain CH.

i agree with ya 100% pluto. his sole purpose is contrary to furthering the cause of CH. his use of VPO is a breach of forum rules because it is a derragotory term no different than using the "N-word" to describe certain ethnic backgrounds.

grow up pluto. so jonaku is upset about the CH profession. who isn't? unlike others who leave CH, he stays and fights. good for him.i am not saying i agree with everything he says (like the VPO thing, i get it already, stop beating a dead horse), but i think his sarcastic opinion is valid and worth hearing if only for entertainment value.

ur the one who is getting inappropriate here when you told him to "F*ck off and die. ...You are some little snot nosed twit that needs to be taken out back to the woodshed." that just wasnt necessary and its uncalled for. chill out.

Gargi,

The Supreme Court ruled that some things are "fighting words". When they are used expressedly to incite people one should except the incited people to fight. Fighting words are not permissible in freedom of speech clauses. You may get it already but he does not. As long as he wants to use them, I will post the other side of the story.

wrong pluto. ur analogy is flawed cause this is *private* forum, not a *public* forum, so ur legalese is just wrong. ina private forum, the company does not need to abide by public forum freedom of speech guidelines and all its loopholes (ie fighting words). nice try though.

the irony here that i was subtly trying toillustrate that you missed entirely was this: it's ironic that you are trying to make the case that jonaku violated forum policy when in fact you had done so as well. note jeassa's official forum policy "All converstations need to be constructive and civil." Your statement "F*ck off and die" is neither constructive nor civil. it violated forum policy.

i don't mind jonaku's sarcastic rantings (because they prove a point in an entertainment parodic manner). what i *do* mind AS A PARENT WHO KNOWS KIDS ARE READING THESE FORUMS is when people use inappropriate language and are poor examples of civil behavior when they go nuclear/medieval on anyone writing "parody" they find offensive.
