Quick question:

Why can't I pull my Rancor out? I have 3/4/3/4 and my max creature level is 50 (my rancor is 46).

Anyone have an idea why?

There is some mystery formula that is not obvious with the bonuses in CH. Your ability to Call Vicious is something like your Tame Vicious bonus plus 15. (The +15 is the mysterious number and may be a different +). Others have had this problem of not being able to call vicious creatures out that were less than their Max Level. The limit of 63 for masters may be part of this as well. The problem is, we don't have a lot of data points from CHs that aren't masters so that we can figure this out.

I have 2/3/1/4 and can call a 25th level vicious (Boar Wolf). I need to see if I can call a 26th level, etc and see where the cut off is. (So, right now my Tame Vicious is +10. I am Zabrak BTW.)

Anyone else with data on the max level of vicious they can call where it is less that their Max Level?

Beats me? I pull mine daily. I believe you need taming and training to pull the big guys. You will need 4/4/x/4 to handle an aggressive creature at or near your max pet level.

3/4/3/4 will only have +20 taming vicious creatures.

I'm not totally sure how that mod works, but I think you need atleast the creatures level in vicious creatures to call it.

After level 4 taming, you'll have 35, and at master, 50.

I think they had tried to make it all depend on 1 mod, taming, but I think they left in vicious mods.
