Im looking for a macro I can use when I tame a pet that will teach it all the moves can teach.
Please note: I am NOT an AFKer, it is just that I now have about 13 commands, and it gets real tiresome teaching pets like that.

you can activate the tame option via macro.
If you just want to tame and release make a macro saying line of garblety **edit** ever 5 seconds and click on each tame command till done then release the pet.

I have about 18 macros for to train each command but I have to select "train" and which command from the radial menu. So no, there is currently no macro to train all your commands with one mouse click.
In general each of my macros looks like this;
/tellpet transfer;
/echo transfer;

What about a command like
/train store "store" or
/train attack "kill"
it would be nice to hit f5 instead of using the radial menu over and over.

It's something we've asked for time and time again and haven't got. I imiagine it'd be simple enough to impliment.
