well, this is really a question for the BE forum, but I CAN tell you my girlfriend has a level 10 gurreck with 7k health, 5k action and 3k mind.

it all depends on the DNA used and the other stats the BE experiments on. You can get a decent amount of HAM on a 10 or under pet but it will suffer in other areas. (damage, resists, etc.)
Of course who knows what will happen when the "fix" the BE pets... if they go the route of a flat HAM decides CL, you will undoubtedly not be able to get very much at all on a cl 10 pet.

what is the hightest HAM on a pet that can be made for a non - CH (level 10). its hit damage is not a concern if the HAM is as high as possible.

Depending on the creature's other stats (resists and damage mainly), HAM can hover around 4k for a CL10 BE pet.
Your best bet is to find a Master BE on your server and see what they can make for you. There's a lot of good info on hitting the elusive CL10 mark on the BE forums.

Yeap that pet is no valid, sorry. I had one that was even better, but it's no longer a lvl 10 after the patch. If your a non-ch, dont even think that there's a pet out there even worth bringing into combat, only for use a mount if your too cheap to buy a bike.
