I love to duel with my pets and do so every oppertunity I get. So I was out in Cnet today and I saw 2 guys dueling they were just standing there with ranged weapons not moving at all shooting at each other. I was thinking "noobs" so I run off and get buffed don my 25% stun armor, call my pets,drink some dizzy stuff and take some KD foodand come back to find them standing around talking so I politely challanged the winner to a duel. He accepted with the usuial no DOTS, Tricaps, or DB rules and we were off.

My Tactics

I personally use a 511 p'uped non decayJawa so most opponents go down rather quickly and I have my toolbar set up so that 2 buttons swap between 2 different combos of 4 looping tellpet macros and each activates a looping headshot 3 macrodesigned to keep my opponent stated while I focus on hitting his/her mind. I start of by having my pets stun, dizzy, blind, andintimidate then when stun lands I have my pets spaw to the cripple strike, dizzy, blind, andintimidate combo.

I knew I would run into an ub3r no decay PSG eventually and of course this guy had one. I immediately have my pets start in on him while i run off and within seconds we are both stated with about every state in the game save dots, but the thing is he had to swap weapons (carbs, rifles, and brawler)several times during the fight leaving him at a great disadvantage to me because I never needed to swap once to keep him stated. It was great we were both running around Cnet blasting each other and neither gaining the upper hand for long, but eventually the weapon swaps and constant state effects were getting to him and I was starting to win. Just when I was really gaining the upper hand "PlayerAhas ended your duel". As usuial whenever people are getting beat by me they end the duel and make up some excuse as to why they were losing. His excuse was that neither of us was winning and it wasnt fun for him anymore..................... I was nice and bowed to him and thanked him for a good duel.

The next few duels were with a def stacker friend of mine and the first time I beat him it was because his secondary buff ran out and he killed himself with specials which was a legit excuse because his specials were costing his mind. So he runs of and gets another one and once the stun state landed it was over in seconds.

Overall I had a pretty good day for PvP. I didnt get greifed by a CM and I didnt run into any Jedi. So any of you have similar expirences you'd like to share?
