Some of the extinct elites I believe might have reached that high. I cannot say for sure since I gave mine away before taking a break. My CL 69 and 70 pets are all a few points over 400 damage. After the next patch there won't be any elites, so this is the best you will see.

Supposedly BE pets can get up to 499 from what I have seen on their board many times, but I don't shop for BE pets, so I cannot say for certain there either.

MY BE tells me level 70's cant have an attack over 400, and my highest pet is a cl 67 kumarith from dath who hits 404

I won a 499 damage CL 70 BE pet from an auction awhile ago for a lil over a million credits, it only has almost 5K HAM, but all the same, they can be made and their out there :/.

I make level 70s with 8.1k health and 440 damage.

Has anyone ever found a wild critter that hits for over 450 Damage? I have searched high and low, and not found a single one.

Been debating on a BE critter, but I kinda like to get my own, if ya know what I mean. I have heard of folks talk about 500 Damage BE critters, but never accually seen one. And well, seeing is believing. If ya know what I mean.
