I just gave a non-ch mount to some new player and this is the message he gets (see subject) when trying to call pet
the pet was a lvl 10 bio engineered dewback that had already passed the lvl check
anyone has info about this ?
I haven't seen anything about that in holocron, only the old "pet trade in system" but lvl isn't the problem there

The only thing that I can think of is that he might have had a droid out somewhere. I have this happen a lot when giving Non CH pets away. Especially to newbies 
Other than that, perhaps it is a bug like the one we had on Bria a couple weeks ago where we couldn't trade level 10 dire cats to Non CH. Don't even know if that was fixed as I gave up hunting them for the time being lol.

reasons they could have had this problem:
1) a droid or pet called somewhere, and not stored
2) an aggro skin (dire cats fit this, the dewie should not)
3) a full datapad
4) general screwiness or a bug
the system message of 'no chance for control' is pretty generic, and covers all these various barriers to trade. if nothing else, many players find themselves with a 'helper droid' that they never bother to store... or they already have pets in their datapad, and can't hold any more.
make sure these problems are eliminated before assuming it is a bug. that said, there are bugs with pet trades. if it won't trade in the trade window, try using the 'transfer' command. if you don't have the transfer command, that might be part of the problem (though nonCH pets aren't supposed to need this command).

should be 1) or 4), as like you said dewback aren't aggro and the trade succeed (he got the dewie in his datapad)
