what level pet can you controll as a novice ch, the skill says +12 but does that mean since anyone can handle a 10 level pet that a novice ch can use 22 or just 12
(lookin for a good mount and wondered if the novice box would be worth the sp investment)
P.S if you also know what kind of stats a bioengineered nonch mount can have i would like to know tks.
tks for the clarification

also... unless you TAME it and check the datapad, you'll need to search swgcreatures.com, or become a master scout, to see the CL of a wild critter.

Not really neccasary since alot of those damned exploit BE pets are apparantly still on vendors. They got like ten k ham and 60 percent kinetic resists. You will need to find a less then decent ch to train it for you though.

BEd pets can have anywhere between 100-13k HAM basically. NonCH non-exploited ones will have about 1-3k HAM across the boards and semi-good resists. Exploited pets will have 10k/5k/2k HAM light armor and low to high 50% kinetic resists. For a list of all the skins BE pets can be made in check their forum.
Also on a side note you need xxx4 to train a mount.
Have fun!
