Another thread got me thinking about this and we need to catalog pet ranged attack damage types.

I propose this: A consolidation of BEAST assests on one or two servers. We attract CH's from other guilds as well and get as many people involved as possible. Then through collection and testing in PvP controlled conditions, with armor that only protects one type and is vulnerable (say mabari or bone, something we can get cheap), we catalog average damage and damage type of the most popular pets with ranged attacks. BE's can bring in experiments to see if it can be manipulated or otherwise controlled.

What you all think?

Your local bio engineer can easily provide critters with the right vulnerabilities to test with.

if you're around TC, holler.

Zaw's the BioE/CH/ranger. might be on one of the other toons for other testing.

might also look for arthurdentonbria (forum name), since he was doing this testing before (as a BioE). he's posted on this before, but you might have to dig a bit.

Interesting idea

I did something very similar to test the disease and poison resist packs when they first came out with my pets to test how they were effected.

Let me know what day you want to do this and will try and be there.
