Does anyone have a list of pets that Non-ch's can handle? Some website or anything will do.

Anything CL 10 and below, a non-CH can handle. BE pets will, in general, be much more powerful than natural tames. There are a wide variety of creature types that fall into this category; swgcreatures.com is the prime resource for checking out all the pet possbilities.

the fanned rawl ( a snake from Naboo) is a nice non ch pet,not sure if its still cl10 but i think so.

Awesome site for creature infos, you can filter by tamable or not, all creatures are listed with resists,damages, CL,attack types ,specials,possible locs and more

Be advised that non CHs can not control agressive creatures reguardless of CL. Agressive creatures are the ones that turn red on the radar and auto attack you

So according to swgcreatures.com I should be able to handle a CL10 Gurreck? Since it's non-aggressive?

Your stock gurreck skin is non aggro, yes. So is the razor cat skin, as is the gurrcat skin. So you'll be able to call a BE gurreck that's CL 10 or below.
