Give real Combat Droids to the Creature Handler! (mostly)
In the Movies the "Roger, Roger" type of droid was a massproduced, rather easy to defeat enemy, so i think it should be on par with the current CL 10 pets and could be therefore given to all players.
2 more droids left, but which is better? The SBD is biped and has a arm-mounted laser cannon while the droideka has shields, 2 high speed laser cannons and the ability to travel at a larger speed.
I would say that the SBD should be therefore about CL 40-50, so that nobody can use 2 of these. And the Droideka, which should be in my opinion best be compared to a moveable starship blaster (damagewise) should be the master only CL 70 version.
So.......what are my fellow CH's opinions on having Combat Droids that we would be the only ones with access to?

it would be a cool idea...but it doesnt interest me...but we are CREATURE handlers....the way to get to out proff is through scout a wilderness proff....so even if they did do that then we would need soemthing more to control droids...wed have to have some droid engineer or somehting..would b cool to have 2 types of handlers tho...Creature and Droid...b like....i dunno Droid Commander...sounds cool id do both prolly....have like 2 droids out and 2 creatures....sweet.....so it would b cool to make a whole nother prof for it and like DE could b like the BE of ch....of course add more combat droids to their craftimng and stuff.....they would actaully b cool

It makes no sense what so ever. We tame and train creatures, living entities. None of the skills we have suggest we would be able to control a battle droid of any sort.
To operate these things you would require some sort of technical knowledge (engineering 4) and some knowledge of combat to use them effectively (Ranged Support 4) and would then need to be trained in the specifics of controling such droid and their effective use in combat (whole new proffesion)
