my dream as a MCH is to come into town riding a level 60 kimo and having all the n00bs gape at me and vets yell at me for riding lagzilla into lagtown (im really gonna call my kimo,when i get it,lagzilla)

I think it should be C. I think a Master Creature Handler should be able to ride a pet that moves as fast as a speeder or swoop bike. This would only be available to master scouts and would be a perk for not having to buy a bike and not repairing all the time. I mean we are masters we should be able to ride the fast mounts

Absolutely the DEVS need to give Master Creature Handlers ONLY the ability to tame and mount a flyable pet like the Peko Peko, or the Reptilian Flyer or Giant Gackle Bat etc....
We master creature handlers request flyable pets!!!!!

For a special pet, I would suggest a flier as they are unique. We already have enough cats and not everybody likes bugs
Former CH hear dropping by to admire all of you sticking things out until the C. Revamp. If the devs can make a jetpak work, then a flier mount shouldn't be impossible. It's wouldn't be true 3D flight, but it wouldn't have to slow down over water, only when climbing elevations. I hope you all get this because the CH profession is excellent, and the current crop of CHs show a level of tenacity that few other professions have. Good luck.

depending on what the pet is and how get it, I'd like different things.
for a mountable cat, I'd like it to be quested, and to be non-tradable (like faction pets), or at least non-tradable to people that haven't complted quest

If you are only talking aboutproposing one new mount to the game then a MCH only one would be the go in my opinion, and i recon an avian mount would be great, perhaps Giant Peko Peko, but I would suggest adding some non CH mountables, perhaps the ones that at least look like they should be mountable ( Bagerasets, Eopies etc )

I wouldn't mind having a Reptilian Flyer/ Lantern Bird mount (those things are freakin' fast) and/ora Kimogila mount
Or how about being able to tame Krayts? 
Edit: Although it would be hilarious to have a Nuna mount...

what? heck no, as an MCH I'd INSIST flyers be able to be BE'd if we get them as mounts...why? because I want the option of customizing my mount. I do believe they should be MCH only, and they should be a little slower than the land speeder, but here's the kick, we should be able to fly over obstacles such as trees and rocks.
