Nah, my guess:
LS speed bug is too hard to fix because it is all spaghetti coded.
CM bug was easy because they just commented out a whole section of code while working on it and sent it live.

I just dont feel sorry for you. lol..i think it has to do with my intense hatred with the way SOE handled the Jedi profession in the first place. Nothing against you personally...but a Jedi arguing about their profession and how unfair it is, is like a princess arguing to a peasant about how her Wet Nurse forgot to comb her hair this morning.
If that princess had to kill 32 other families to get Royalty and then her head staying on her own neck was dependant upon her hair being properly combed; I'd say she has a right to complain when Wet Nurse is stretching her mistress's neck over the block.

first of all jedi have gotten many entire publishes devoted to them. And the CM fix isn't "let's be nice to cm's" its "let's make it so their abilities actually work again!" they are 100% broken. do nothing.

If you look to the right-hand side of your computer desk, you should find the box of tissues. Here's what you do:

B) Blow
C) Wipe
