Working on it, have a new strategy, and having an alt and master rifleman helps tons for A) getting missions quickly B) wasting the three waves ina lair quickly, very quickly. C) having someone to heal disease (and hold 22 extra pets)
At any rate, I have been through 50 lairs at least in the past few days with the nw technique, which is totally baby friendly. Wish me luck, if it only takes 600 lairs, I should have it in about two weeks.
If this works, I will post a complete strategy guide for grinding out a bull baby lol.

Someone said something about the gapins spider queen and the lairs, and I thought I would try and get one, and *boom* a gaping spider queen baby on my first lair

Are these still rare? Caught one tonight!! Even if it's not rare, I'm stoked to have it. I stumbled onto it by the way. It was a natural lair, not a mission. Woohooo!

yes I'd say they're still rare, but not as much so as they used to be I don't believe.. case in point another mch(hoss
) sent me a /t about a month ago asking me if I wanted one.. loaded up and went to dath about a half an hour later (thanks for the lag monster soe, just another untamable beast) and danced (spelled RAN) my way around a wild lair finally getting the tame.. 2-3 days later after killing a mob what spawns but another baby.. a couple weeks ago (don't get to dath too often lol) I spotted another one just lounging in the rain (what's with the monsoon season weather anyway?). impressive looking pets, a thrill to get that first tame.. but keep an eye out and see if you don't spot another one in your next few trips to dath.. maybe it was just the devs laughing evilly at me and my new rare
