Thanks for the straight-forward answer!

In a purely mathematical and coding aspect, I can see how this mistake happened during the process of returning our pets' stats.

I'm just glad you came here and let us know as soon as you did and in a straight-forward manner.
These sort of mistakes will happen and this is the best way to deal with them.

May the force be with you.

I'm glad to hear it wasn't an intentional nerf, but this is what happens when you release patches weeks before they are really ready to go out the door. Please tell your bosses the community would like the patch releases slowed down and more thouroughly tested so this type of thing doesn't continue happening.

QFE!!

I'm happy with the upcomming fix but please fix bugs before patches go live.

I actually put in a post yesterday that in my opinion the level fk up was a way to wipe out the female nargs. Unfortunately it has come true. I haven't logged in yet, still at work, but it sounds grim. The problem with these pets is it made it too easy to solo. I could solo anything up to level 82 with either my level 70 baz nitch or 3 female nargs very easily. We may now be forced to group. I'm just not renewing. That's how solo I'm going now. I have said that before but now this realy is it. 2 weeks and I'm out. Been fun but it no longer is. I refuse to continue paying for a half finished, regularly fkd up game that I am forced to play a certain way or no way at all. Well, SOE can kiss my Creature Handling backside. This Master will soon be gone.

A rifleman or jedi could probably solo a CL 82 as well, including anyone with multiple roots, (Concussion and pistoleer roots or something) or multiple roots and snares, so there really is no excuse to force us to group when rifleman, jedi, and BH+FOTM people don't have to :/.

Roots were adjusted in pub 19 as well. They now break when the target takes damage so at best a root just slightly delay your opponent until you shoot them again.

Thanks JFreeman. I hope you notice how much more positive posts have been on the whole with your updates then they normally would have been without them. Communication from/with the devs is a really helpfull thing.

Are Mountain Dewbacks and Bocatts part of the "Elites"? Because mine are all lower level then they should be by one level. Didn't think they were elite, but what do I know, haven't been playing that long... Just wondering and hope they get fixed too.

yes lots of pets seem to be adjusted - all leveled down

some of my favorite pets were
Dessert Gurreck Charger 59 -> 58
Kinad Baz Nitch 70 -> 69
Surefoot Brackaset 65 -> 64
Swamp Stalker 30 -> 29 (beside the elite messup)
Bull Bantha 15 -> 14

at least my reclusive shear mite stayed at cl70

I think there may have been another minor balance pass on creatures, we just missed it over the furor of borked pets on TC/Live. They were spawning at these levels since Publish 19.

The adult female narglatches are not 7k and up anymore i took screen shot of one this morning' they have 6998hp.

Wild creatures have a +/- 10% varience on health from what a grown tamed pet has.

Ack is a technical term I'm pretty sure! Not being a technical person, I don't know what it means.

It's a technical term for "Oh bloody heck" and similar but more colorful phrases. Usually when caught off guard and surprised.
