My favorite pet is probably my forest slice hound "Trail-blazer." He doesn't see a lot of combat action these days, though. In combat, most of the time I'm either accompanied by my Rhoa Kwi Packleader "Hunter" or my blurrg "Protector."

My favorites are my two giant anglers. The first keeper petsI tamed myself. I have some BE pets for grinding but there is something special about one you tamed yourself. With a previous character I hunted high and low trying to get a giant anglerand a friend finally gave me one, but then I changed characters and lost him in the transfer. So.. as soon as I could handle lvl 35 pets I went to Yavin, and went on an angler lair mission. On the way to the mission I caught the familiar red dot with a green circle around it on my radar, turned toward it and hit ALT.. and would you beleive it, a giant angler baby!!! I quaffed some food, redid my maskscent, put my weapon away and walked over slowly andit tamed on the first try!! I was wondering what was wrong at that point. I put it away and drove over to the mission lair and took out the anglers around it with my T21, and tapped the lair... nothing... tapped again... nothing.. tapped again... a recluse popped out... well 3 spiders later a giant baby popped up. Food was still active so I put the rifle away and walked over to it. Hit my tame macro and knelt down..... 3 tries later I had #2. I am still trying to settle on a pair of names for these two, it is the hardest part of getting a new pet, thinking of a name. I have gotten some really weird looks when I walk into town with two giant spiders following me.

To reply to others.. I need to find something tiny and make it uber.. I wonder if a BE can make a kreetle with super stats???

My favorite pet is my 11k HAM cu pa named Morton. He helped me start my meat company. To pay him back, I named it after him.

I have several that have been my companions for over a year. Fallah, my gurreck, is the one I've used most in combat. When I see her pouncing and growling at my target, I still get all warm inside! She's awesome! Next to her is Buttercup, my gnarled rancor, although it's hard to feel "close" to a rancor. She is impressive in size, but would never hurt a flea (unless I commanded her too). She's the one that makes people go "whoa, a rancor" when I bring her out. My most trusted mount is my mountain dewback Daisy whom I tamed long before I could even train her in mount. There's something about riding my dewback across the deserts of Tatooine that feels so right...
