Wow, this is lame. So my only reason to keep CH is so I can bring out my pets and walk around? I dont do combat anymore anyways.
They should have put this under UI, along with "We gave back the old UI that everyone loved"

see, they added the pet icons so that way when the CH is walking around they will not forget that the strange unattackable animal that has been following them arround for the past hour or so is actually their own pet.

what game are the DEV's playing?
they certainly are not playing
the same game as us
seriously do they think that players
are so stupid that they can't figure
out that it's a pet
i keep wondering:
with everything that has been done to CH
why is this profession STILL in the game?

Actually, that's surprisingly close to the truth! I recently joined groups to grind out the last million CH XP I needed for MCH, and several of the players laughingly told me they kept trying to target my Ravenous Roba Stalker. Apparently, it had been so long since they'd fought alongside a Creature Handler pet that their reflexes were not tuned for the presence of a friendly creature in their midst. I wasn't sure whether to laugh or cry.

The current theory seems to be everyone ELSE didn't know what the strange unattackable creatures were following CHs around![]()

Wrong - if you walk around a bit, the strange, unattackable creature wont even be with you. It will be miles back staggering sideways in an effort to walk the way you did.

Funny thing is, when your a commando like me running from the 15 CL 75 klikniks you just AoEd with a flamethrower while they were 25 meters somewhere else, they NEVER lag behind you like a pet will. In fact, every time I've aggroed a bunch of things I never would of wanted to, I've never had them lose distance on me yet, and I actually kept em back for a few seconds with stims and such. Can't they copy and paste wild pet tracking onto pets?

If you click on the strange unattackable creature you see running around and you see (name) that's a pretty good sign that it's a pet. Perhaps this icon was created for people who cannot read and play the game.

everyone i know of has the ability to read
its amazing what happens when you
use the skills you have
however i'm with you guys if they
are not going to make CH a useful profession
they should toss it out and allow us to
respec into a more useful profession
