I've gotten "A Monsterous Beast" from a Rancor lair, some kind of angry Kaduu on Naboo, and a few other angry creatures. the highlight of my day is killing a lair and getting one of these bosses. It is a pure delight.

I think its actually a Monsterous Brute, and they spawn quite frequently on Enraged Rancor missions, maybe about 1 out of 6
