Soulsyphon, let me know how your hunt goes. I intend to do the same thing.

It is too good to be true.

My swamp stalker, even when grouped with me, is far to fragile to hold up to mobs at or near my level. The GSH, on the other hand, works just fine, all due to the level based damage multipliers.

Even though the GSH has 2/3ds of the HAM of the swamp stalker, it is far more effective in combat for me when soloing 'neutral' faction missions, 72 to 76 level (I'm 74 right now). The swamp stalker can't hold up to the punishment of the GSH and it's all due to the artificiality of the level system.

What does GSH stand for? Great Sledge Hammer?

personally i prefer my malignant squill. nice little damage output, and quite adept at taking hits(although as tkm i'm usually the target).

he likes to wander when idle though. fairly annoying.

isn't it sad how the Wild dune boar are malignant squill have EXACTLY the same stats now.. yet both are from the same planet So it is which one you like better other then which you want more... The malignant was easier to find because of where the WDB sawned so of caurse I got my malignant first. Now people are seeing WDBs much much more so when they fix the bug its do you like Ham or Cheese.... since rarity and res. don't mean snap anymore. pretty stupid if you ask me.

you would think they're the same just looking at the health and damage, but the resists may be wildly different. we won't know until they fix the bugswith mob resists not showing.

I would like for people to check and see if a couple of other creatures are elite... - Ikopi Stag and the Wormed Vorbal (I also want to know the vorbals level. this was the single spawn rare for rori at only level 11 so no one wanted them since they where very ferocious)

If you know of any others or any possible ones let me know.

I updated the post.

I just got 7 femail nargalatches from 1 lair!!

They are awesome pets and since they kept spawning i kept taiming them and deleting other not so good pets. Now I have 4 to share or sell.

With all 3 out they have a combined ham of 23154 and combined damage of 195-936!

I'm not sure what you're smoking. All those animals listed show up in the swgcreatures.com database as having babies. Also several people confirmed that they tamed a or a few female narglatch(es).

Though, there were some creatures in the original list that don't even show up in the swgcreatures.com database: Plains Hunter, Grual Marauder, Blurg Raptor, Stoneskin Hanadak.

Got a Blurrg Hunter this morning...well afternoon, and it is not elite.

Level: 53

Health: 5626

Attack Speed: 2.0

To Hit: 128

Damage: 86-356

A standard Blurrg is lvl 50 with stats slightly lower then the Hunter.

I also have a team of three of these narglatchs as well as some higher level pets I got from dathomir. I was calculating some damage from what Ive seen of the combat spam, and the narglatch's seem to have a 5% armor rating. From what Ive seen the armor is probably capping at slightly higher than 40% for cl70. I think I have something like 41-42% on my shear mite soldier. I need to take a look at the damage stats too, as the narglatchs deliver significantly less damage (individually) than the shear mite even though their listed damage stats are reasonably close.
