Thread: Best Wild 3'Some Ever?
Ok I have a question about using multiple pets instead of one high level one.
I pulled a lvl 22 GSP and a lvl 15 BE Wrix (both converted from before CU). They both have around 3000 and do 268 dmg at 2.0 attack speed.
Now I realize that going up against a something like lvl 50 would be painful with them. But it was more than that, they lost health so quick they were dead in oh 20 seconds per pet. Now I'm wondering if the lvl thing effects pets as it does players? So when I'm lvl 20 I'm gonna die almost instantly to a lvl 50, but if I were lvl 50 doing a lvl 50 it wouldn't even be close in comparison to say 3 narglach that add up to (in this example) lvl 50.
Now with that said I think I have a delema, are my old pets that I tamed long before the CU no longer correct in lvl or health? Is that my problem? Or is CH still useless with multiple pets, and just one big pet is the way to go?
I named mine, Calista, Europa and Ganymede.

Fury, Wrath, Scorn...cool names (from above post). I need to decide what I will name mine. They will help me hunt NOOB padawans.

Yes, my lower level BE cats do go down quicker to a high level opponents/creatures, but take this into account. Use pet food that can help increase regenerate rate of your pets health, this will help to a point. Plus you can heal pets with stims.
The reason the 3 Narg-sister assault team is so appealing is this: You feed them all regeneration food. Once they join you as a group, your looking at a trio assault team with a total of 23k HAM and each Narg can do 321 max damage. Now, with the hate system in place (which I hate to a point) Your ladies are going to cause mass confusion and inflict damage at the same time holding and breaking agro. PvP will vary, but PvE will have the pets holding agro while you inflict damage to help keep your team alive when the agro tables turn. They will get hurt, it will happen, but it will always be 4 against whatever. You can even have a Probot join with you too if needed.
I look forward to adult testing.

Well I know that all the uber BE pets I had prior to CU either became unusable if I tried to keep their stats or became weaklings with low health , damage and resists if they were converted to the "average" stats for their levels. The one thing that seems to be true is all my old BE pets have a "To Hit" stat of ZERO and based on the new "Pet Damage Forumula" thread that puts them at a great disadvantage.Wild pets of the same level have an actual "To Hit" bonus number which is factored into their actual damage delivery. So my level 55 BE Rancor while it has decent dmg stats has ZERO to hit and can only do on average much less damage than my wild tamed level 54 Merek which has a "To Hit" bonus number of 128.
That being the case I have been slowly releasing my old BE pets and taming the new wild high level pets as I can find them. The Blood Frenzied Boar Wolf is my highest recent tame at CL68 and it has a "To Hit" bonus of 165. The MCH Kashyyyk Varactyl quest pet which is a CL65 has a "To Hit:" bonus of 157. So the higher CL...the higher the "To Hit" bonus number it appears. My 3 Female Narglatches while they are elite and have the great 7718 Health stat...they still have the standardCL22 "To Hit" bonus of 71. So that may mean their actual damage will not be much better than a non-elite CL 22 however.... and this is a big difference....that extra HEALTH will keep them standing and fighting much longer beating down the mob than a regular CL 22 will.
I really hate to see my old Pre-CU pets go....and I will probably keep the more sentimental or unique ones....but I have a feeling that with the CU changes, finding and taming new elite and high level pets will result in the best combat pets for MCH. I will be very interested to see what kinds of results a good BE can get with the post CU creatures.
This MCH Kashyyyk Varactyl quest you speak of, who do I start the quest from? ![]()
I see what happened, GSPs got nerfed. in wild. On the swgcreatures site it has same stats as mine that was from before the CU. That sucks. They should be a higher health than 3000 =( I mean that's almost useless.
Or I guess not so much nerfed, they just provided more variety in health to cl ratio.. Which I hate to see the GSP go.. I mean 3k health is like useless practically. I've tried, and it almost is.
So what food people using? I now looked at practically all the food on the bazaar. I bought some sweetbloosom, and fed it to my GSP. Sent him into combat but couldn't tell a big difference on his regen, which it's 20% bonus to health regen and 10% bonus to health. Are there only certain foods that are pet foods and work on them? Or any food work?
Names for my girls (All female Gods of War):
Bellona
Athena
Minerva

There are foods that are pet only. People foods fed to a pet will only cure them of wounds and not cause any other effects. People cannot eat pet foods. You can find a list of the new foods here. The best pet food seems to be sweesonberry rolls.

Got the girls last night - two lairs were about 300m away from the waypoints stated. I was lucky enough to pick one up about 1500m the other side of Keren on my way there, no lair, just a random spawn. Then I was gutted when the first lair I came to had another CH at it, who had also only found one baby. Then my trusty wook ranger turned up and we found another lair pretty quick - took a couple of taps but we got two out, then left the lair for someone else.
Now Veni, Vidi, and Vici are sat in the datapad. Excellent.![]()

I got 2 naglatches atm, but can I team them up with another kittie?
Or would the other kittie just be useless?
The thing that makes this trio viable is the "Elite" status and having them all be the same stats. Pairing them with a different pet with lower stats would mean that the aggro would only be spread between the 2 girls, instead of all three (aggro goes to the most DPS and spreads around for equal DPS if I'm not mistaking).
