That's a B'Omarr Monk.
They're an esoteric cult-like group whose temple was taken by Jabba for use as his own private palace (he still lets them hang around, though).
When their meditative studies reach the point at which they want to make the leap toward Enlightenment, they have their brains surgically removed and put into glass jars full of sustaining red fluid. This frees them of the body's distractions, allowing them to contemplate the unfathomable. An Enlightened Monk might occasionally want to interact with the physical world, though, so they can be attached to the underbelly of the spider-like droid walkers for some rudimentary mobility and the ability to manipulate objects through the metal pincers.

ya, after jabba dies, the twi'lik takes over, then the B'Omarr Monk decided they didnt like him so they removed his brain.

clicky In last Friday's Feature several new creatures were announced, including a nice little cl50 Rancor Pygmy which is NOT tameable for reasons unknown. What is the point in introducing new creatures--that are pretty much exactly the same as other current creatures-- if they are not going to be tamable? This in now way changes content unless a later quest is going to specifically use them. This is getting a little frustrating that they would go to the effort to make a "new" creature and announce it publicly, making a big deal about it, and then shun the only player class that would be even remotely interested in hunting it specifically (with the exception of BE's)
Vicious slice hounds also not tameable--or vicious for that matter
Sorry, had to vent a little.

Found most of them. The Naboo creatures are strictly starter animals. The Rancor Pygmy is a mall version of a Regular Rancor which is pretty cool. The AdolescentKrayt is heavy armor and 95% resistances in every category except LS. Didn't see the Grand krayt yet. The aged Kimogia is a pretty tough creature but not on the order of the Krayts and i did not see the Dwarf Kimogila yet either. The so called Giant Langlatch is not very tough, nor that much bigger then the originals. Haven't gone looking for the Vicious Slice Hound yet.
