Thread: PETITION: To Add More Creature Storage Space
You want more storage space? Sure, I'll sign this patetition on one condition;
The storage space comes in the form of a droid
I'll happily sell you all a Binery Load Lifer with a creature cage module!
Actually us CH's did reccomend this as a solution in order to help support you people since we know your profession is at the moment somewhat broken and unsatisfactory, its been mentioned over and over I have no clue how many times I've read this suggestion by tonnes of differant people. . however its just been ignored
CH's are willing to help give other professions repeat service. . you just have to offer us something that's worthwhile to us. . so why don't you guys start askingthe Devs for this particular droid. . and we'll KEEP asking the devs forthis particular droid and maybe then they will actually pay attention .. if we worked together more and supported each other instead of mocking/laughing/ argueing "my profession is worse offthem your's" all the time. . maybe more would be accomplished. . has anyone even thought about that?. . probably not. . oh well . .

To all you DEs coming in here and flaming us:
Does our request for an increase of space in any way DAMAGE your profession? Does it impact YOUR gameplay? Seriously - if we had 10 more datapad spots for pets (still limited to 100, btw) - do that harm you or ruinYOUR character? If you're so angry that your profession is broken, then either a) use your own boards to get attention to the problems, b) use the SWG Discussion forum for the same, or c) leave the profession. We ALL know DE is broken and many droids are useless and you know what? IT'S NOT OUR FAULT. In fact, MANY of us have suggested ways to use droids to store an increase in pet storage and we would gladly support any petition to this effect. Have you even bothered to read any of those suggestions or are you just so intent on ruining someone else's game/fun because you're not happy that you just come in here and bash us? The DEVELOPERS took away the ability to store pets in droids (exploit/bug/design/whatever - it's gone now), not us,making data storage moduleseven less popular because nothing can be stored in them but schematics. If everyone (not just DEs, but ALL professions) would stop yelling to nerf everyone but themselves and focus on fixing or improving their own profession, things might actually get to where people are happier.
Oh, and I DO own 3 droids and use them often. I wish I could have more than 1 out at a time, especially to use my power droid on my R2 (I know DEs have petitioned for this). WouldI run over to your forum and scream and flame if you wanted more than 5 storage spots but didn't want anyone else to have more? No. Why? Because it doesn't affect MY gameplay.
Already /signed this before, but I had to say something...I'm getting tired of people flaming our profession and yelling that we're too powerful and need to be nerfed more or coming in here and dogging our requests/petitions. LAY OFF THE NERF BAT ALREADY!

i want more pet storage, was unfair they took the pet data storage away from droids, it is so unfair, i will they wouldn't have done that, i liked it the way it was.

I read on a dev post that ch was created for collecters and people that like to collect cool things. This would be me just give us like 25 or make the de happy give us small droid storage so we have to buy a droid from them to store it and we can only own one of them

Not even going to read the replies. I agree 100% Wish mounts coming and our profession going to need space to store mounts. How are we supposed to hold our "weapons" pet hunters and the mounts too?
I refer to my pets as my weapons since, a commando can make exp / fps with his flamethrower pets are a CH's weapons. Why can't we get exp and fps from the use of our "weapons" ..

The problem is 2 fold --
As a master ch i have pets that are dependant on each other because of the restrictions based on cl.... So if one of the 3 is nearly dead, rather than spend 20min healing them with the pets stims that took me 4 days to finally find, travel to and buy i just store all three and go on to next combo. Only have about 3-4 pet combos and those go fast in pvp. Hell one commando just needs to spray fire everywhere one time and all three are done and ready for storage.
The second part of the problem is we were designed to tame and sell pets as our classes form of revenue. Yet i dont know a single master with more than 2 free spaces and most every single one i know has 0 free spaces as i do. Ive never sold a single pet and unless this changes i never will.
If you were to Restrict weaponsmiths / armorsmiths / tailors ect to only making and selling 3-4items at a time that take one full week to craft,and i bet you wouldnt see many around after a months time.
The solution is ez a stable. Allowing chs to store (out of pad and unuseable til stored in pad) up to 20 or so pets. This wouldnt make for rotating too many pets and avoiding all down time as you would still only have 14 in data pad. Rest would be just like that suit of armor in an armorsmiths a display as to what you have available for sale.
im a trandoshan (a lizard) u might think im abit nuts but i have 2 kids in SWG, 2 dragonets. my son is named HyperJr and my daughter is Rommie. they r strong pets and i like them. what if we MCH want to make the game more fun by taming and keeping pets for silly reasons. i had a durni named fuzzy (killer wouldnt take) but had to make room for other pets :'(
i like to tame pets for fun and now i cant cause im full. when i see a nice babby i always wish i hads more room.
