I wouldnt go for either personaly
Master healer has no melee defs against tk and master defender cant run away.
If you are convinced you want one of these two then go for master defender as you can stand there for ages against standard templates. Id look at Master enhancer 4004 healer personally . Use force armour 2 and when you force is getting low run away with fr3 and then meditate your force back and run back into battle. FR3 is a win button , well a choise not to lose button anyway.
