I like my 10,000 health, 450 damage Durni.

Anakin: Master, I think my lightsaber is getting dull. Its not doing nearly as much damage as it used to.
Obi-Wan: O.k. when we're done showing the youglings around the temple, we'll stop by the bazaar and you can buy a new crystal. I hope you've got a couple million credits saved up for this.
Anakin: WHAT?!!?? I don't have THAT kind of cash!
Obi-Wan: Well you could try sharpening it on these younglings. I've got a headache and all their questions are driving me NUTS!
Anakin: hmmm.... Sharpen my lightsaber on younglings...... hmmmmmm.....
Obi-Wan: uh, that was a joke Anakin. I'll spot you the cash for a new crystal THIS time, but next time you're on your own.

I'm same temp, I've found that two pets are better than one, and if your goin after Jedi, you may wanna consider 3, however, I have not dane any Jedi Hunting, so this is speculation. I like two pets for NPC marsk best, One high level 60 or above and one low level to make up the difference. When I am able to use CL80's I will get adjust accordingly. It works well if you give the low level pet the state attacks, like intimidate, imperiling feint, and maybe add KD,staggering depending on how many slots it has. Then with the Big boy you MUST give it at least one level of aggression training, then beef it up with thick skin, vigourous health. The big boy acts like a tank and with aggression holds all the agro, so unless my mark is using AOE, the lil guy goes untouched throughout the battle. I have rarely had to heal the lil guy, and can usually sit back and just heal the tank and let them do all the work. I also made a macro that commanded my lil pet to use it's state attacks every 15 seconds, it usually lands one or more of them every other time. Very effective against NPC's. Now against Jedi, the aggression is not going to be a factor, as the player will be attacking what he wants so I plan on using 2 to 3 pets all applying states constantly, I also plan on having one be a flying, one low to the ground and one in his face, to make it hard for targeting purposes, also throw in a droid for added confusion. If you surprise a Jedi and all of a sudden he has 5 targets to deal with, all attacking him, it may get you a win. Most of this plan of attack for Jedi is based on othere's posts here, not my original ideas BTW

depends if ya really need the pet(s) to deal damage - personally i use a CL69 Young Reptilian Flyer which was tamed with Agression L3 - He currently has been taught Vigorous Health 3, Thick Skin 3, Guarded Stance 2 and Lightning reflexes 1 - This leaves me a further 3 slots to up both guarded stance and lightning reflexes to L3 - With current skills he tanks the new style CL82 35k elite BH marks with a few heals (I am CM 3000) and i use a docbot also. I have NEVER lost aggro with this pet and have used him to tank up to CL88 Grand Krayt Dragons (need some stims here though!)

The agression L3 built in was a bonus and I would recommend a few taming trips to dathomir to find one of these beauties

Go find a CL1 gnort,or something with KD and train it intimidate and or feaint as well, it'll hardly ever get hit, because of the aggression of the flyer and it'll speed up the fight

I love using my 2 lvl 35 rancors (tribble and fugly), combined ham of about 17k and do about 210 damage each. they are without a doubt hard to deal with, however i can't see a damn thing around those big apes......lol
