Is there a command that i could use to train a pet a skill? I realy do not like having to click and then type in a command every time I train a pet.

i've recently started using a macro for training. U still have to select what you're training stay, guard, etc. but it saves a lot of typing.

/tellpet duh

In the end each command is trained to the same phrase so it's primarly used to speed up catch and release. It doesn't help for a keeper pet.
