hey are they getting rid of pearls cause every time i've tried to get some from a krayt my self i can never find a dragon and its making me angry

they added code last patch to to exclude all characters whose named starts with "D" from loot drops. Of course, it's bugged, so everyone whose named that starts with A-Z also gets no loot.

According to the Jedi Archives 2 (which I suggest you read because you obviously haven't) it is stated they will still be usable.
What actually happens due to bad coding and bugs is another story.

maybe that will fix the economy from spending 4-10million on each pearl no one should have to spend 5-20 million on a weapon thats just nuts

I just want to know if there finaly going to fix the pearl tuning in CU...
example...
I looted 1 flawlessand 6 quality pearls yesterday with my main character and then tuned them with my jedi to get these stats...
min/max damage FC
-9/-9 -0
-2/-2 -3
11/11-3
12/12 -4
12/12 -5
22/22 -6
13/13 -4 (flawless)
as you can see it was all random still...I could under stand if these are crystals, BUT there all uber spawn pearls.

Man, I think I was Unlucky, but you beated me. In my experience I've looted with my guild 40 pearls, and the best I got was a -9 40/40. The others were bad tuning... But a 13/13 -4fc Flawless is a PAIN. I Hope there will get a friday feature on Tuning, or maybe a new system on the CU

try this: some people think doing this gets you better tunes but i don't know myself...:
If you have the force meditate skill, use it but as your about to kneel to meditate, move your char so he/she will stand and thuskneel again to meditate without being told to do so. Do this 5 times and then let your char meditate. Then try tuning it...Just one of the many methods some people use for tuning...If your supersticious.

Dude what did you expect to get with quality pearl's!
Don't even waste your time tuning Quality pearl's cause your not going to get anything top tier.
Work on getting premium's. All jedi Knight's with good saber's do not have quality pearl's stored in there saber.

the point of the post is about it getting fixed so it's not as random...and beisdes that a flawless tuned to be just as bad...so whats it matter what kinda I loot atm

Before I tune, I like to strip down nekked, run around backwards and singing Ain't Nuttin But a Hounddog, but only on Blue Full Moon nights.
