I would be interesting if you tamed one in test center because TH has said they spawn there.

Thats the problem, these brutes have light armor and 65% kinetic resist. Everything else except acid is 80%. They seem a little to strong for the Dev's to be letting us have them as pets. <shrug>

I saw a spawn of these for the absolute first time ever tonight on Tarquinas. Would have cried if I got a baby since my Tarquinas toon isn't a CH hehe.

On swgcreatures.com they have the spawn cycle being 1 in 10000. With those odds no wonder why no one has found one.

Actually went out looking with my creature handler this time on Bria. Found an actual lair. Was a bit tough for me since there were two spawns each and sometimes they would run and agro the other. My pets got a work out =p Of course, no baby and I was running late for something so didn't get to check for more lairs.

I have 2 master CH's, one on farstar, where Ive killed uncountable spawns in the last year, and one on TC.
I am trying to concentrate on that toon for this, as I have found it easier to obtain babies there due to the lower population, as wild spawns are much more plentiful.
So far, have found 8 seperate spawns , with no babies, if I was to truly be honest, I dont expect that to change at 100 spawns, or ever .
I just wish they would be honest and say so.

exactly..the most kills on this thread is taloncard with approx 100 spawns/lairs..or 300 respawns..that would mean he has about 9700 respawnsleft to go before he is at even odds..it took me an unfortunate 700+ missions and roughly a couple hundred wild lairs to find a bull..soIF i could find that many frenzieds i would be one tenth of the way there... if 9000 lairs is what it might take me and my luck..that's just sooo wrong, hehe..it's In the game, but effectively not in the game..
it took over 2 months and 6 fs boxes to get the bull..if i could possibly kill frenzieds at the same rate..i'd be looking at around 2 years...sound more like a jail sentence than fun gameplay..hehe

no disrespect hossp
but as I said above over a year living ondant and killing hundreds easily not to mention several other mch in my city no babies ever seen by anyone. keep in mind how many times people have flew by them to and from destinations.
even 1/1000 does not explain the total absence of any babies, they just do not exist anymore

it's not one in 1000 ..it's one in 10000..big difference..10x rarer than a bull rancor..at those odds it would take about 2 yrs for anyone to see one....it's for all intents an purposes removed from the game..one in 10k is just rediculous...it's .01 jopenack ..not .1..a really small percentage..the rarest in the game, according to the prima swg book

my mistake
ask yourself this who wrote the book lol
still dont believe they exist at all untill the day I see one or hear of it in the forums
they also are supposed to spawn on testcenter and no one has seen one there either lol
keep in mind the devs/soe/csr will say anything to keep the masses at bay. why fix something if you can keep people chasing shadows and paying the monthly fee.
I havent seen anything to date to make me believe that, just look at the constant grinding that they place in this game and call it content lmao
even 1 in 10000 or 1 in a milllion after all this time someone would have gotten lucky you doing the math and just like the lottery math isn't a viable consideration here. ultra rare loot shows up, yea more people loot but like the lucky lottery winners 1 in 80mil chances doesnt mean you have to play 80 million times. people just flat out get lucky.
devs need to fix this

they also are supposed to spawn on testcenter and no one has seen one there either lol- true, but on a good day hunting youmight be able to kill 20?..and a baby could only spawn once in 10000x(that's a lot of hunting)..the gps is listed at %5, and people have a tough enough time finding those..heck the wdb is 15%, they just spawn so infrequently
keep in mind the devs/soe/csr will say anything to keep the masses at bay. why fix something if you can keep people chasing shadows and paying the monthly fee.--a couple dozen ch's on a few servers are hardly masses, they are more concerned with the "important" professions

what's to say someone hasn't? only a ch would appreciate seeing the baby..a pikeman would kill it and be mad he lost out on a couple hundred units of dant carn..for something that rare you also have to consider that a somewhat rare professions (ch) would find it in order for you to hear about it..if you have a preconcieved notion they definately do not exist, then you dismiss the unsubstantiated reports by non ch's as bunk...perhaps they could have some merit, somewhere..i'd expect one to spawn every few years, at the .01 probability
devs need to fix this /agree
