I took off my MCH title a while ago because I got tired of the tells. 99% of the people were nice about it, but it was still annoying. Some people just could not understand either. I had one guy who wanted a carrion spat. I was nice about it, I told him I did not have any on me. He then said he would pay me good. I did not have much planned, so I went out looking for one. I finally got him one, and he paid me 50,000 cred and a crystal.
I think most people do not understand that first we have to find a spawn location, and then a baby has to pop out of that spawn location for those pets that are 10 and below.

Lol I'm a MCH/MBE so I get a double dose of this, First it's like give me a pet, then it's like ok make me a pet, then when I tell them I have no dna avalible or non CH pets they trip out like it's my fault I'm not serving their every need lol, I try to shoot people straight and say I'm stocking my vendor right now and give them a waypoint or tell them to send me a custom order for my BE side but they usually Don't want to buy them they just want to get one off me hehe.I get haggled alot cause I rock either my Master Bio Engineer Tag or My Master Ch tag but I guess it just comes with the prof but it is anoying that people don't have more respect for us hehe

I bet I get that more than anyone!
I got a double whammie... CH and DE.
"You're a DE? You should drop it and become a weaponsmith"
"What can droids do?" Spend an hour explaining what I can and can't make. "Um... okay, well I changed my mind, no thanks"

Things I am tired of:
When people are idiots and think pet deeds come fully trained...
When people beg me to sell them my personal pets.
Having no trainable pharples.
People who assume that I will just drop everything I am doing when I'm really busy so I will train their pet, make them a pet, help them take down a base, whatever.
When people ask me to sell them tissues, when the first thing in my Bio is "I don't make tissues".
Nightsisters on Dathomir. Interesting story... I wanted an enraged reptillian flier, so I spent an entire day on dath trying to catch one. They were easy to find, but they are so fast that if one took off flying, I couldn't catch it... even if I used the /follow command on my bike. After a while, they just despawn. Near the end of the day, I found one and I went to tame it. Naturally it took off flying, but when it stopped I tried again. My heart pounded becauseit was staying still and I was going to get it... but suddenly it died. Not knowing what happened, I looked around franticly trying to see why it died. There was a nightsister ranger standing five feet away from me. She stood there, looked at me for five seconds, then turned around and walked away. That little wench killed my flyer on purpose!

have been DE for at least one year! I have to say, i loved it! but the questions, were the worst ever.
"What can a R3 Droid do?"
"are you selling Droidikas?"
"can a Repair Droid repair my Bikes?"
ok back to topic. im tired of searching on laggy-dark-rainy-planets, where i cant see anything while fighting in a black-hole! short: im tired of searching bull rancor Babys
but.. ill go on tonight ![]()

Actually, I am simply tired of people assuming that I am just going to give them anything I have in my datapad. These types of people typicall fall under the never-been-a-CH-before-ever category.
"do u have any xtra pets I can have"
Or the (this is a new trend) person who wants a (example) minor sludge panther, insists on helping you find one for him, then becomes impatient, rude, doesn't hear the fact thatit takes time to track them downand finally leaves you in the middle of the search....THEN gets mad at you later for selling it off to the next person in line who might want one.
I don't know how many times I had to tell one particularnon-CH that he couldn't hold a rancor in his datapad.
These are all trivial things individually, but collectively, they are not. For some reason, the recent resurgence of novice CHs has brought about a resurgence of occurances like this. Prior to the novice CH resurgence, all I ever heard from anyone on the battlefield was, "will u get ur rancor out of my face please"......then an hour later "hey why did u leave our group we needed ur help with pet grouping....u s**k" (another addignore added to the list).
After all this time, it saddens me greatly how looked down upon and misinformedour profession is among the non-CH community.
I try to always beunderstanding ofother professions, even the onesI have never tried orhave never mastered, and their plights. Entertainers who hate the buff bots, the poor Commandos who have been defenseless with only one working weapon since day 1, the Pikemen who are extremely underpowered compared to Master Swordsmen, the Ranger who gets nothing but requests to search for Krayts...the Droid Engineers who get constant custom orders from people determined to drive them looney, the Weaponsmith who get more anonymous annoying tells than anyone in the entire game, the politician who was so unappreciated that his/her profession was downgraded to require no skillpoints...the list goes on and on...
...many peoples' attitude in this gamethat I've spoken to tends to be"I gotta look out for my own interest" or "I gotta look out for my own profession". I think it's great that the CH community has banded together here in support of one another, but I find it wholly frustrating that no one outside of our field wants to even begin to understand us and what we have been though.
But all in all, I think the root of this problem is lack of community, not lack of power in PvP or combat or even related to one specific profession. Group hunts are pointless to veteran players under the current system, which is why people aren't doing it anymore. I hope that the CURB changes this. I really, really do.
Everyone is still grinding to Jedi....and having done it,I have to say (sorry to all who love their own Jedi char, this is just my opinion) it's not worth it, not compared to making friends and just having fun in the game.
Good friends and good player communities (in that order) are what makes the game tick for me. I find little point in havinga great plains stalker if I have no one to show it to, or owning a rancor is useless if I have no one to assist in hunting with. The morefriends I lose to other online games, the more sad and alone I feel in my own endeavors on my home server. I'm sure there are some of you that can relate to this. It is just a game, yes, but it is also a form of virtual reality, like a book or a movie...a place where you can escape and relax for a bit. Saying goodbye to just one long-term friend is painful enough, but seeing many of them simply just go *POOF* from the game after almost two years of playing is overwhelmingly depressing.
Maybe it's justmy server, I don't know. I have considered many times changing servers to a serverthat is alittle more populated and friendly, but losing my pets in the process would make me just want to quit. I wish SOE could come up with a way to preserve our datapad contents if we pay to switch servers.
SWG is a d*** good game. I hope the CURB corrects problems and helps everyone, including the Creature Handler. And I hope the CURB is conducive to people finding their way back to friendships, communities and just having a good time.

When I was MCH, a lot of people would have me tame their bio-pets, people wanted Rasps for some reason or another. Got paid 100k for a blu rasp and a red one. Another time after 20min of looking, I got 10k ><
