Well, I took out NE from Mos Taike and went as far as my Wookiee legs could take me. I'm now sitting in the most NE corner of the Tatooine map surrounded by Dwarfed Nunas. At this point a waypoint to the Krayt Graveyard would be a gem! hehe

I've heard some horor stories about them as well. With the no corpse still in place I figured now would be a perfect time to see one and die without the need for corpse recovery. Over 1 hour of running around NE of Mos Taike at or near the edge of the map and I can't seem to find it. lol

I'm now almost directly North of Ethna at the very edge of the map. Now I'm making my way down at East by South East to see if it wasn't as close to the edge as I had planned. No large bones in sight...argh, waypoint would be soooo nice

It's at 6854, 4333.If you do make it to the graveyard, don't be surprised if you see nothing but lower level creatures like worrts and nunas. However, repeatedly killing every creature in the graveyard will eventually lead to Krayt Dragons appearing. I've alos seen three Canyon Krayt Dragons, down by Wayfar, omniously roaming the sand dunes around Jabba's Palace. On my first day there, I saw two less then 10 meters apart from each other. I've also heard they live up north of Mos Espa and Entha. Just look for Wayfar creatures (Banthas other then rogue ones, Dragonets, Dune Lizards, Grizzled Dewbacks, and such) and chances are, you'll find one in the general area, since Krayts are part of that spwan list. Kind of a scary thought, though, that one might just be outside my Mos Entha house someday...

Just wander around tat until you see a bunch of lone imp pc's with their at-st's in battle, and that's where you'll find the krayts

Do Krayt Dragons have Babies, just curious?

In my day Ive seen about7 krayt dragons and killed 3. 2 Jeveniles with a smaller group and 1 canyon krayt with a group of 20. You just got to be smart, surround it, stay 60m away and have pets distract it, and run back quick when you die to kil it easily!

Anyways Krayts always spawn in the SAME places of which I can tell you. Giant Canyon Krayts (biggest) live near the graveyard. You must go up the mountains around the graveyard and they can be found up there. Although they are not easily found, the 3 times I was there, twice I saw giant canyon krayt way up in mountains surrounded it, still bordering it.

The other kind of spawn is a nest of a Juvenile KRayt and Canyon Krayt, they spawn about 800m SW of Wayfar. Here Ive seen three nest (where I made my attacks) and this is where they always are. They are also sort of rare, but when you hang around wayfar and do jabbas missions, you see em alot.

Anyways have fun. Have 1 person not attacking it making sure to stay alive and making sure it doesn't respawn, other people surround and gunfire, using pets to distract (not as hard as goraxes to distract). Using this method, me and 6 others killed a juvey alone (we did die like twice each) but we killed it.

Note: the xp systemis kinda messed up if you die in middle and with big dreatures like krayts. I got no xp both times. I got 4k pistol xp (most xp out of my whole group) when we killed the gorax. These guys are suppose to give like 214k xp and we probably got about 20k total from it.

Yes they are a POI on tatooine. Use the graveyard one. 350,000 ham and heavy armor. Oh yeah even if your buffed they can kill you in 1 hit. No one can even come close to soloing those. You need at least 2-3 elite professions and a doc that can rez and buff.

Hmm, krayts. After publish 7 they are a lot lot harder to solo. this is due to the defence nerf, pre-patch it was possible to hardly get hit. Before the patch all could be done but some took a lot longer than others. (my friend managed to take half of an anchient krayt but he ran out of buffs as he had 50mins left when he started). juve krayts aint too bad in the scheme of things, a small group who knows what to do could take one without much trouble at all.
