Miltek, congrats on the screecher tame.
I lost my second screecher due to the disease from momma. It took forever to get my pet to stop running back into the action, everytime I had 5 seconds left until I could store him, he would run back. I got in two good attempts before that last disease tick overcame him and I lost my chance at a second screecher.
Oh well.

Let me think. Back when I was a MCH before mounts/vehicles/good armor/good doctor buffs I was determined to get a rancor. Me and a few buds meet up at the Dathomir outpost and after 2-3 hours of searching I finally came across a rancor lair w/a baby. I tell my pals the coords and tell them to get their butts over here ASAP, but of course they get killed by gaping spiders on the way. I decided to go in for the tame. I Masked my scent, slapped on my 12% chitin armor, and walked up to the baby. First try it aggro'd me and started fighting w/a rancor youth or adult, can't remember for sure. So I pull out my flamethrower and nail the one attacking my baby with a flamesingle2 and realize it has 100% heat resists. Luckily I had a Launcher Pistol, so after a minute or two of spamming bodyshot2 and the flame DoT ticking the baby's is almost dead and it's attacker is dead. Thankfully, there weren't anymore rancors around it and after many more attempts I finally tamed it.Later that night my wookie friend tamed another one in only one try, but oh well, I had my prize.
