While on Naboo tonight there was a guy just outside the starport with TWO Plains Hunter babies; said he had just got them. Probably just a matter of luck and patience finding one.

your shure they were plains hunters and not plains tusk cats ??? ive killed off like spawns in the past few days that vary like 25+ PROBBABLY and no babies

I don't think plains hunters were nerfed... they're not that big a deal like the other nerfed creatures.

Don't give up hope. I have two plains hunters that I got before the nerf bat came through and they are really really really hard to find.

I've only seen 3 plains hunters babies the whole time I've been playing and I taimed 2 of them (didn't want another one for the third).

Best thing I found was to not look for them. If you do a lot of stuff on Naboo you'll find them eventually. Looking for them never worked for me because they seem to be more or less a random spawn.

Also every baby I've ever found was a solo spawn... there were no other plains hunters in the area... don't know if this was the case for all, but that's how mine were.

I got one before the patch and have not seen one though we have killed many adults since the patch.Don't understand why they removed them because they aren't that great and definitely not what I consider an UBER pet.But the same happened with the elder pugoris.I accidentally deleted mine when I had the confirm off !! DOH !! And have not seen an elder pugoris of any kind on rori since the patch.The pugoris had light armor and were excellent tanks but not UBER pets,but they have been extinguished as well.

Look all you want but until I hear that someone has tamed one and we have confirmation with a screeny I have to say they are gone.And by confirmation I don't mean a screeny of an adult that says baby.I mean a small plains hunter baby.Don't see it happening though.

While hunting Bolle Bols on Naboo I can across quite alot of Plains Hunters. I would love a Plains Hunter baby and started to kill the adults hoping a baby would spawn. I checked the cat's information and it stated not tameable.

Are Plains Hunters no longer tameable?

So would I. -_- The only way to get one now is from a CH (retiring or not) who has one and doesn't want it anymore, or a collector who's willing to sell it.

Yup

Have you found yourself a swamp stalker? They are quite rare and look the same as the plains hunter, also found on naboo and CL 32.

i sold my plains hunter on flurry a few months ago. if you're on flurry, his name was elven and i believe he still has it

Oops, I thought it was the Plains Hunter that spawned the babies........now I remember it was the Swamp Stalker.......oh dear, I spent ages killing Plains Hunters for nout

Where are Swamp Stalkers usually found?

Plains Hunters were only tamable in the early weeks of the game, when everything was tamable and a novice CHcould call anything (pre-CL system).
