yeah, pretty sad, huh? I've been using one of the chocolate/vanilla swirl-colored doggies from Yavin (choku hunter)of late. It'saround CL 67, up from CL 15 (talk about a big jump!). I only tamed it on a whim months ago because I liked the coloring of it's coat. Never named it.

And now it and my Craggy Bolma are my best pets, simply due to their level. *sigh* I use the choku more because the bolma is just too massive to use in caves and dungeons.

edit: on the upside, however, I no longer really care about vit loss on these guys since I had no previous attachment to them. They're now completely disposable weapons due to all my favorite pets being combat ineffective. I sacrificed the choku numerous timesto get around the geonosians in entrance of the geo cave (send pet in, let everything attack it while I wander past untouched), in order to reach the bolotaur DNA crate. The bolma was given to me by an ex-CH needing to clear d-pad space. I only took it when I noticed that they had made it CL70.

My giant crystal snake used to be pretty but relatively useless. Is now level 63 and my highest level pet atm. Works great most times especially with ranged attack although he has a tendancy to wander and not obey commands

Only thing have noticed killing my pets are Dune Kimo's as they are just plain nasty and can DB you as soon as look at you
